Kimberly's Dukan Diet-Attack Day 3

Starting weight: 145.8lbs
Current weight: 140.2lbs
Weight Loss:     5.6lbs

 Breakfast; 4 pieces of turkey bacon, 1 boiled egg

 Snack: Fat-Free Greek yogurt w/ splenda

 Lunch: Ground Turkey (1/2 pound) with 1 cup of Fat free cottage cheese

Snack: 4oz ground turkey

Dinner: 2 Lean Pork Chops, 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese

So Attack Day 3 was the hardest! I felt like I had a slight headache all day!  I drank more than enough water, but I am sure I need to change to mineral water....so I dont get to dehydrated.  Also I am sure I am withdrawing from sugar (really didnt realize how much I ate until I cut it out). Now Dr. Dukan recommends that I am on the Attack Phase for 3 days, I want to try to go for 5...this is because I was such a yo-yo ( they recommend longer if these is a problem).

Kimberly's Dukan Diet-Day 2

Start weight: 145.8lbs
todays weight: 140.8
loss: 5lbs!

Breakfast: 6oz Chicken Breast
                  1/2 cup cottage cheese
                   2 cups of black coffee

snack: 1 Oat Bran Cookie

Lunch: 1 6oz Chicken Breast with Soy Sauce

snack: Fat Free Greek Yogurt W/ splenda

Dinner: 1 Turkey patty W/cottage cheese

snack: 1 Oat Bran Cookie

water: 1.5 liters

So of course I am so excited! I lost 5lbs in 2 days! I have to be honest this is very motovating... Of course I know that this is mostly water weight but i'll take what I can get.
So I also jogged 3miles today.

Tomorrow I am going to try and make the Dukan Herb Mayo for my boiled eggs I love so much.  I know its only been two days but wanting carbs in any form so bad makes me want to mix it up.

Day One!!

So here I am taking control! I am over laying on the bed to zip up my pants! (because I refuse to buy a bigger size). I am 33year old female who is married with three kids, after becoming a stay at home mom I have been letting myself go! I am 5'5" 145lbs.... My "true weight is 125" so that is 20lbs to lose!

So today

Breakfast- 6oz of chicken
1 hard boiled egg...little salt.
Snack-
Oat bran/ yogurt

Lunch-
Chicken and fat free cottage cheese
