So....the weekend was really hard, my family and I go up to the moutains to cut down are Christmas tree and celebrate my brother in-laws birthday. There was so much food I wanted to eat and could not! On the top of the list was home made cinn. rolls my father in-laws makes. I felt like I wanted to die! I could actually feel my taste buds reacting to the smell. I am embarrassed to say...I had 1 bite! I lost control! my little daughter had a little left over and I ate it right up!
So I need to re-focus, those little thing is what got me here, I have realized I eat all my kids left overs.
well new day, I was lucky my little bit didnt affect my weight loss, but I didnt lose anything either. I really hope to lose 2.5lbs this week. I do have a secrect hope in myself that I will be 129.anything by Christmas...its my gift to myself.
