Breakfast: Oat Bran Porriage, Black Coffee, turkey bacon
Snack: Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
Lunch: Ground Turkey Patty, egg whites
Snack: Cottage Cheese
Dinner: Chicken, Turkey Bacon
Snack: Boiled egg
Well I finally made the scale move, its only .7lbs but I will take it. I am pretty sure I was eating to much dairy. I also needed to up my annie with my workouts. I am a few pounds heavier than I thought I might be by now, but with the adjustments I hope to keep to 2.5lb weight loss a week.
Also I am in the middle of my PP portion of the week aned I am really ready for it to ne over to try out the mock mash potatoes!
You're really doing WAY better than me and I have more weight to lose. I think my issue is a "Going" issue. I'm hoping for a good number tomorrow since that issue is going better. Good luck and the mock mashed potatoes... FABULOUS!

ReplyDeleteDairy definitely makes me gain weight (or at least it brings my weight loss to a halt). It's tough, though, because I love cheese...
