So I wish I was feeling like the diet was getting easier but its not. This time of the year is the worst to watch what you eat, I see why people do it after the New Year. Well my weight has not moved a point in 3 days so I am thinking it is time to kick up my workouts! So today I am going to run 5 miles with my husband. Lets hope a few days of this will move the scale.
I agree -- dieting during the holidays is really hard. You're doing a great job, though -- keep it up! :)
